It’s Fall Y’all, which means its pumpkin season! Time to decorate, bake and cook with pumpkins!

Fun fact–a pumpkin is scientifically a fruit, as it contains seeds.

Rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, pumpkin is incredibly healthy, with a low caloric content. Its nutrients and antioxidants may boost your immune system, protect your eyesight, lower your risk of certain cancers and promote heart and skin health. Try incorporating pumpkin into your diet today to reap its health benefits.
