In case you haven’t heard, it’s almost fall—the temperatures are dropping, the leaves are changing, and beverage choices are adjusting with the season! And I’m not just talking about the pumpkin spice lattes craze...

I’m talking about apple cider!

After all, it’s apple picking season, and there’s definitely an ample supply of apple cider to go around.

But what’s all the buzz about apple cider, anyway?

Also known as sweet cider or soft cider, apple cider is an unfiltered, unsweetened, non-alcoholic beverage made from apples (not to be confused with hard cider, which is the alcoholic version!).
