However you celebrate Valentine’s Day, we hope it’s with a drink in hand. And if it’s not, we’re here to take a stand. We’ve rounded up five of our favorite love potions for your upcoming Galentine’s Day, clinking with your true love, or just for fun (hey, we won’t judge!).

1. The Love Potion Cocktail // Lark & Linen
We love ourselves some bubbly! Psst...you might already have most of these ingredients at home. Grab a bottle of champagne or prosecco, blackberries & thyme, and you’ve got yourself a Love Potion. Yep, it’s as easy as that!
2. Valentine Moscato Float // The Taylor House
Moscato and ice cream? Wine not! We think this drink has Galentine’s Day written all over it. So start sending out your invitations and creating your menus—be sure to put this drink on the top of your list! Bonus points if it’s your dessert.
3. Blushing Sparkler // The Rebel Chick
A light, healthy libation, this Blushing Sparkler is made with vodka and Cascade Ice (but you can use any sparkling water of your choice!). Once you mix your ingredients, pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and garnish with lemon wedges. We consider this cupid-approved!
4. The Jasmine // Domino
In case you haven’t noticed, gin is all the rage right now. Which is why this spritzer, formerly known as the “Broadway Sour,” is an absolute must for all of your trendy, cocktail snob friends out there.
5. Cherry-Chocolate Bourbon Soda // Katie at the Kitchen Door
Cherry, chocolate, bourbon AND soda? Pretty sure the name says it all! This complex cocktail has a little bit of fizzy, a hint of sweet, a dash of tart and a lot of indulgence. A crowd-pleaser, no doubt! But be sure to plan ahead, this Valentine’s Day drink requires a few special ingredients.
